SEE Holding and Arabian Gulf Steel Industries Partner to Drive Sustainable Construction Practices

The partnership between the two companies is prioritising performance monitoring and is implementing reporting mechanisms to track environmental impact while they measure emission reductions and enhance project transparency.

SEE Holding has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arabian Gulf Steel Industries (AGSI), marking a step towards advancing sustainable construction practices in the region. This Partnership is focusses on prioritising integrating of low carbon steel in the future, strengthening SEE Holding’s commitment to selecting sustainable materials to achieve its Net Zero ambitions.

Additionally, both entities will explore how they could promote circular economy practices, focusing on recycling and repurposing steel products to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Their collaboration also focusses on Research and Development (R&D) for innovative and refined methods of enhancing the adoption of low carbon steel in constriction process. They are working towards developing a new methodologies to optimise energy efficiency and reduce the emissions in these building projects.
