Scaling Sustainability with Paladini

The innovative sustainable materials company Celys has appointed Gianluca Paladini as its new Sales Director for the EMEA region. Based in Italy, Gianluca will lead commercial strategy and operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a strong emphasis on engaging sustainability-focused brands.

Bringing extensive expertise in textiles, fashion, and brand management, Gianluca has a proven track record in business development, international growth, and brand positioning. His cross-functional experience across product, sales, and marketing makes him well suited to drive Celys’ next phase of expansion. He will be instrumental in strengthening collaborations with brand, product, and ESG teams to accelerate sustainable innovation across the region.

In addition to his corporate career, Gianluca is a guest lecturer at LUISS Business School, where he shares practical insights into global brand and distribution strategy.
