Nordstrom, the Seattle-based fashion retailer, has announced plans to launch a Nordstrom Rack store in Estero, Florida, in autumn 2025.
“We look forward to being a part of the Estero community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack.
“We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Fort Myers market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.” Lionello added that in the new location, “customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”
The new Nordstrom Rack will be located in Coconut Point, a scenic outdoor shopping centre with over 110 shops, including Dillard’s, Barnes & Noble, the Apple Store, Tommy Bahama, Marlin Restaurant, and the PGA TOUR Superstore. Strategically situated off US 41, Coconut Point is a Simon property known as Southwest Florida’s premier shopping destination.
Stephen Welch, General Manager at Coconut Point, remarked, “As Southwest Florida’s premier shopping destination, one of our top priorities is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for both Estero residents and visitors alike. The exciting addition of Nordstrom Rack at our centre further elevates our expansive portfolio of offerings, providing our shoppers with an even more diverse and rewarding retail experience. We look forward to welcoming Nordstrom Rack later this year and are honoured to be a part of their growth in Estero.”
In addition to Estero, Nordstrom Rack is set to open locations in Coral Springs, Melbourne, and Lakeland this autumn, further expanding its footprint in Florida. The company currently operates six Nordstrom stores and 19 Nordstrom Rack stores across the state, supporting over 2,800 jobs.
Nordstrom is deeply committed to community investment. Over the past four years, it has donated more than $2 million in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the United States.
